My love for food started at a young age cooking with my mom in south Denver. Making all types of art was my main obsession growing up, but after aspirations of becoming the next Salvador Dalí were stifled, I decided to use my artistic ability in a new way. I joined culinary school and started honing my skills. My love for the beach and island flavor started with vacations to visit my grandpa, “Big Russ” in the Virgin Islands. It was there that I first tasted unique flavors from locals right on the beach. I enjoy most everything about the Island way of life and have made it my mission to share that love with my community.
