Chimichurri Spice Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 or 5 Large             Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)                              

½ Cup                       Butter

½ Cup                        Cream

2 Tbsp                       Chimichurri Spice Blend

TT                                Salt & Pepper

Directions:

1.)    Boil water, large dice potatoes, cook potatoes until fork tender.

 

2.)  Rice or mash potatoes with softened butter and warm cream.

 

3.)  Stir in Chimichurri Spice and add salt and pepper to taste.

Server and enjoy!
