Honey Stung Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1 Tbls                          Honey Stung Sauce

2                                  Avocados (Mashed)

1 Tbls                          Sour Cream

1 tsp                            Lime Juice

2 Slices                        French Bread (Toasted)

1 Cup                            Baby Arugula

2 Slices                        Bacon (Chopped)

1 tsp                            Olive Oil

1 tsp                            Red Wine Vinegar    

TT                               Salt & Pepper

Directions:

1.)    Mash avocados in a medium mixing bowl with sour cream, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.

2.)    In a separate bowl mix arugula, chopped bacon, oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

3.)    Build toast, French bread on the bottom, followed by avocado mixture, then top with arugula salad, finish with a drizzle of Honey Stung Sauce.

Serve and Enjoy!
