Ingredients:

Beachfront Foods Sauce

1 cup Tater Tots

2 slices Canadian Bacon

2 Eggs, poached

Directions:

  1. Bake or deep fry tater tots.

  2. While those are cooking, pan fry slices of Canadian bacon and work on poaching the eggs.

  3. Optional: Once the Canadian bacon has been removed from the pan, set a 3 or 4” ring mold in your skillet and fill with tater tots. Press the tots into the mold and allow them to fry and form into the round shape. This can be skipped! Simply plate the loose tots and top with the ham slice and egg.

  4. Plate tater tots topped with the Canadian bacon and poached egg. Finish with a drizzle of Beachfront Foods Sauce, a crack of pepper, sprinkle of sea salt and herbs, if desired.
