Beach BBQ, Wrapped Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
5 Tbls Beach BBQ Sauce
1 lb. (4-5 thighs) Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
3 Green Onions (cleaned and sliced the length of each thigh)
1 Tbls Oil (for cooking)
TT Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.) Cut green onion to the size of each chicken thigh and slice them in half lengthwise.
3.) Clean thighs remove unwanted fat and any bone. Lay them on cutting board and place thinly sliced green onion and 1 tablespoon of Beach BBQ sauce in the middle of each piece. Season with salt and pepper.
4.) Wrap chicken around sauce and onion and secure with a toothpick.
5.) Add oil to a medium sauté pan, cook wrapped chicken thighs until browned on all sides. Roughly 2 min. per side.
6.) Place in a preheated oven for 25 min or until internal temperature 165°F
7.) Serve with your favorite side dishes and top with extra Beach BBQ sauce.
