Caribbean Jerk Mahi Mahi

Our favorite thing about serving fish? It’s done in minutes, but feels so impressive! We love grilling or roasting Mahi Mahi fish with our Caribbean Jerk Spice. It’s balanced, with smokey paprika heat, a touch of brown sugar, warm spices and flecks of green parsley.

Ingredients:          

1 Pound Mahi Mahi Fillets

1 Tablespoon Beachfront Foods Caribbean Jerk Spice

Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with the jerk spice, gently rubbing the spice into the fish.

  2. Once the grill or oven is hot, add fish, skin-side down and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook 3 to 5 more minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

  3. Delicious served with mango and rice! Or try in tortillas for fusion fish tacos.
